GENERAL RULES

Copyright
- I reserve full rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim my artwork as their own.
- I may resell poses, bases and any other works created by me.
- I may use finished commissions on my social media and portfolios.
- The client cannot use my artwork for anything other than personal use. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only, unless the client has bought commercial rights.
- The client is allowed to repost the artwork as long as proper credit is given (my nickname and Twitter page link).
- Please do not remove or alter my signature.Refund Policy
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason and without explanation. In this case, a full refund will be given.
- If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before the work has begun, the client will receive a full refund.
- If the client cancels the commission after the work has begun, the amount refunded will be determined individually based on the progress made.
- I do not refund finished or almost finished commissions.Visual Reference
- Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
- If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character. Shading on potential pieces will also play a part in this.NSFW Commissions
- By ordering anything 18+/NSFW you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18.Workflow Process
- Turnaround Time (TaT) is usually specified before I start working on a commission. In case of any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
- Estimated TaT does not include weekends.
- After every crucial stage of a commission (sketch, lineart, colour, details, etc.) I will send a draft to the client for approval. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.
- Any major changes must be made at the first sketch stage (any significant changes to a character’s pose, body shape or accessories that would require redrawing parts of the sketch).
- After the sketch has been approved, any major edits will be charged an additional fee or will not be made.

PAYMENT

- I accept an upfront PayPal payment in USD. Payment in other currencies is possible; please ask me to convert the prices first.
- You will be given 24 hours to pay after receiving my payment information / invoice.
- Please choose the “goods and services” transfer type.
- You can negotiate prices with me.

Important! Please DO NOT send PLN - in PayPal you can change it by clicking on the currency “they receive” on the right side of the transfer menu.

ADOPTABLES

These are the general rules for my adoptables. Some offers might have a different set of rules specified in the description.Adoptables are usually purchased via auction. After the offer closes, I will notify the winner about it and ask for the payment. After I receive the money, the adoptable will be sent to its new owner.Bidding:
- Please bid only if you are sure and able to pay!
- The offer closes 24 hours after the last bid (unless I specify differently in the comments).
- Auto-buy (AB) closes the offer immediately and guarantees you ownership of the adoptable.
- The payment should be made within 24 hours after the offer has closed.Buyer will receive:
- Non-watermarked HQ PNG file with and without background (uncensored if censorship is applied) via email.
- Character transfer via ToyHouse (if you have one).Rules:
- As a new owner you get to name the adoptable!
- You can add and change the adoptable’s features.
- You can resell the adoptable only for the same price you bought it for. You can charge more if you increase the value of the adoptable (e.g. by adding extra art).
- Please credit me for the design. Do not remove my signature if applied.
- No refunds!
